I’ve Been Here Before

Lately I have been feeling big feelings about our world. The pandemic, political unrest, social inequities, and collective pain we are experiencing right now feels so heavy for me. We are all being asked to change in great ways in record time and I’m worried that many won’t be up for the challenge. It occurred to me when I made a routine shopping trip to Target for my kids back-to-school necessities as I threw some masks into my cart that we are all just going to have to learn to live this way for a while. COVID is not going away. We have to learn to live with it. COVID I can live with — the rest of it I’m not sure…
